Quest 3: open this HTTPS page in Meta Quest Browser. Desktop: enable Immersive Web Emulator for this site, choose Quest 3, and reload. Press Enter AR.

A 1.35-metre-wide campus appears ahead of you. Aim a controller ray and press its trigger, or aim a hand ray and pinch thumb and index finger. Begin with open fingers visible to the headset.

Hand gestures: pinch a building to inspect it. Hold a pinch on the campus and move your hand to drag it. With the first pinch held, aim the other hand at the campus and pinch: spread both hands to enlarge, bring them together to shrink, or turn them to rotate. Release to stop. If tracking is lost, open your fingers before pinching again. Use the floating buttons with either trigger or pinch.

• Smaller / Larger: change the campus size.
• Rotate / Raise / Lower: adjust the campus.
• Place ahead: bring the model and menu back in front of you.
• Find surface: look toward a real or simulated horizontal surface, then trigger on the green ring. If no ring appears, use Place ahead.
• Pause / play: toggle simulated campus activity.
• Exit AR: return to the desktop map.

The floating menu works inside XR without HTML overlays. Surface detection is optional. No room scanning, real-world occlusion, persistent anchors, or iPhone Quick Look are included. Headset performance and passthrough still require testing on a physical device.
